The lead wields Predation, a rare ability that lets him absorb the talents and powers of anyone or anything he defeats. Most of the time it works exactly as expected — until it doesn’t. On the rare occasions his power glitches into a duplicate Unique Perk, the resulting error hands him a completely unforeseen ability far beyond anything he could have planned for. What starts as a simple power-stealing gift slowly reveals itself as something far stranger and more unpredictable, one accidental system error at a time.
